I began the process to approve it and realized I have 2 reviewers who need to sign off on the signature copy. I just distributed it to them. Below are the comments that you prey received that are being reviewed for/against: The Building Official (Mike Dellinger): his prey comments that he will be reviewing against: "Retaining walls greater than 3 feet in height require a separate building permit. Walls exceeding 4 feet in height require an stamped engineered design also. Parking spaces and access isles shall not have a surface slope greater than 1:48. Access isles shall be at the same level as the parking space they serve. " And Engineering(David James)— 1. VSMP amendment to be approved prior to this site amendment. 2. Addressed. 3. Addressed. 4. Addressed;N/A. Just wanted to keep you informed. We got so caught up in the plat and road plan that the site plan was shifted to the back burner.
