Please provide a surveyed exhibit or plat w/your signed seal verifying the location of the existing primary and reserve drainfield on Lot 1 that serves these existing structures. If the lot does not contain this please provide soil work for VDH approval to get this proposed lot into conformance. I will need this completed prior to approval of the final plat.
