Yes, I had made a site visit last May and confirmed with the owner the locations of the primary and reserve as depicted

reserve drainfield serving both existing office buildings.
The original parcel is TMP 03100-00-00-021A0. Below is a snip of the plat under review (lot lines in red). Per
my review it appears to have it but I need VDH approval. An email will suffice. Thanks

I was closing out the recently approved file for the above referenced subdivision plat and discovered an
important review comment was never fully addressed. Does Lot 1 have a primary and reserve drainfield on it
that serves building#801 and building#803? Please provide a surveyed exhibit or plat w/your signed seal
verifying the location of the existing primary and reserve drainfield on Lot 1 that serves these existing
structures. If the lot does not contain this please provide soil work for VDH approval to get this proposed lot
into conformance. I will need this completed prior to approval of the final plat.

This sewage disposal system construction permit isnull and void if conditions are changed from those shown on the
application or construction permit. No part of any installation may be covered or used until inspected,corrections
made it necessary and the system is,approved. The inspection will normally be made by the system designer,whp
may be an AOSE, PE,or EHS. Any part of any installation which has been covered prior to approval shall be
