Have we found out if we need a VSMP bond. I need to confirm if the existing bond can be used for the amendment and
will confirm tomorrow. If it can and the amount covers the changes, you are good to go. However, if the bond cannot be
used because of the changes, then I suggest you post a new bond to cover everything and then we will release the old
bond.
When will we know if road plans have been approved so we can place bond. I will check with David tomorrow on the
status of the road plans.
Also when will they review deeds and plat.SWM/drainage deeds and plat are approved and are being routed to the
County Executive's office tomorrow for signature. However, road plan approval and bonds are required before we these
can be returned to you to record. I forgot about this today when we talked.
Will planning please get with VDOT to check on getting that part finalized. I am not sure what you are talking about here
so will confirm tomorrow.
If I can do anything to help move this forward please let me know. My lawyer will have all doc's ready this afternoon for
me to submit for drainage and easements.Thank you.

Donnie,the VSMP has been approved. The next step is for us to confirm you are all set for the VSMP
bond, which we will confirm on Monday. If a VSMP bond is needed, we will move that forward.
If the VSMP bond is good to go, the next step is that the road plan and the deeds/plat need to be
approved. Road plan approval and posting of the road bond is required before we can sign off on the
subdivision plat. Our records show VDOT and planning have yet to approve the road plan. I spoke with
Tim yesterday and he said he provided information to VDOT and is waiting to hear back from them. I'll
check with Paty on Monday to see if she is satisfied. Once both approve, we can move to the bond
process.
Here are the steps:
1. VSMP has been approved.
2. Confirm VSMP bond is/isn't needed.
3. Post VSMP bond if required.
4. Road plan approval.
5. Road bond posted.
6. Review of SWM/Drainage deeds by CA office.
7. Execute SWM/drainage deeds and plat once 3 and 4 have been completed.
8. Record and provide DB/PG#s of recorded plat/deeds.
9. DONE!
