Free Bridge Office — SDP201000025 - Letter of Revision Request Letter Dear Megan, Please consider this letter and revised Site Plan Sheets 1, 2, 3, and 6 as our request for a letter of revision to the referenced site plan. The changes include the following: 1) The alignment of the travel way east of the building and adjacent retaining wall. 2) The loss of three parking spaces that do not bring the project under the required parking count. 3) Additional steps to connect different hardscapes. 4) Removal of sidewalk and two CG-12's that are unnecessary. 5) Change in location and lighting plan. Proposed lighting fixtures are not available anymore. 6) Loss of two trees (2-QPP) adjacent to adjusted travel way. Canopy Calculations are still satisfied.
