We discussed the lower sign as a small cabinet sign.The sign drawings identify it as flush mounted channel letters.A blue background is shown in the elevation drawings,but the background does not appear in the sections and its material is not called out in the drawings. Please explain. You clarified that the sign is like a small cabinet and I asked to have the"opaque"note added. The"opaque"note was added to the tenant panel drawing. It is also needed there;thanks for adding it. But it was not added to the drawing for the small cabinet wall signs. It is still needed there. 2. The first section drawing on sheet 3 shows a channel letter with a red face and blue trim cap and blue returns.To be consistent with the approved Comprehensive Sign Plan,the trim caps and returns for the red channel letters must be black,bronze, or red. You asked if the return and trim cap of the tagline cabinet could be blue to match the face of the cabinet.That is fine, but the drawings still show blue trim caps and returns for the red channel letters.
