Peter,
I've reviewed the most recent update to the site plan for the Pantops Corner Hotel.A few of the comments from the
March 12 ARB action letter were not addressed. Those items are listed below. Please update the drawings to resolve these
items, then forward me one copy of the revised plans with the attached resubmittal form.
1. Clarify the meaning of the note on the landscape plan that reads: 530' retaining wall at 6' ht. Provided: 80 evergreen
shrubs at 24"height. Which wall is this note referring to?
2. Replace the Franklin tree with a tree from the recommended plant lists.
3. Limit the number of proposed shrubs species to 25%of the total shrubs proposed.
4. Include on the landscape plan the plants associated with any retaining walls shown on the plan.Intensify landscaping
to compensate for walls over 6' tall that are not terraced.
Please let me know if you have questions.
Thanks.
Margaret

Good morning, Nitin.
I've just reviewed the most recent site plan revision for the hotel project(there are a few revisions still needed from
Justin's office) and was double-checking the architecturals. There are two items on which I could use your assistance.
1. The elevation drawings include a material/color key, but it is incomplete. Could you please update the key to
include the name/color of the brick, and the wood material, then email me the revised elevation drawings?
2. The key on the elevation drawings specifies Parex in "moondance" and "twig", but the samples I have are three
shades of Dyrvit. I don't recall receiving the Parex samples. Can you provide them?
