Elevations must be drawn to the scale of 1/8" = 1'. Include a building materials schedule and key on the elevation drawings." I want to be sure I fully understand the changes that you are asking to make, but I'm having a little trouble, in part because this checklist requirement was not met. 1. The corresponding approved elevations were not provided for comparison. I'll need you to provide those for each of the models illustrated, or indicate which elevations in the original approved set I should be looking at. (For example, indicate that the original 20'townhome Elevation Al corresponds to Poe.) 2. .Provide the elevations at 1/8" scale. 3. Identify the building materials and colors on the proposed elevations sheets. Please submit this information within 15 days so we can proceed with review of this application. Thanks. On the checklist is says I need to send in 8 folded copies of plans/docs. Do I need to send in the 8 copies with these filled out application/checklist and mail it to you? (Here is the link to the corresponding submittal requirements checklist.)A complete submittal package needs to go through our intake process to get in line for review.Are your emailed drawings just a preview of your package to come? The first attachment(Lots 68-74) is a bit different than the others because there are more units in that strip and our architect was unable to fit that one into the same format as the other two.
