Comment Response.Letter
Dear Matt, .
Thank you for your review of the VSMP plan for St:Francis Ave.We have revised the plans to address your most recent -
comments.dated October 1:9,201.8. See below for a detailed response to each comment.
A. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan:(SWPPP)
1. A SWPPP has been included with this submittal.
B. Pollution Prevention.Plan (PPP)
1. A PPP has been included in the SWPPP with this submittal.
C. Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP)
1. The Forest and Open space will be protected with board fencing, added to the plans. See Sheet 4 for
schematic and detail. This Open Space will be included on the subdivision plat.
2. .Grading has been revised to direct runoff from the road. Notes added to plans specifying sheet flow drainage
directed away from the road for all homes and driveways.
3. Easements for the ditches outside the access easemet, as well as the SWM facility has been provided.:The
offsite easement has been signed by the neighboring landowner.This signed"easement document is included
with this letter.
4: Retaining wall has been removed as the neighbor has granted a graiding and drainage easement.
D. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP)
1. Trap drainage area is now shown,arid noted on the plans.
Included with this letter are 2 copies of the updated VSMP plans dated 3-14-19, 2 copies of the SWPPP, 2 copies of the
calculation packets,and 2 copies of the offsite easement documents. If you have any questions or concerns about these
