Stonefield commerical office space is a white box upfit located within Stonefield shopping center, at 220 Bond Street behind the L'Occitane tenant space .
Currently the office space is vacant and accessible from the front of the building, but is being seperated from its adjacent bay and requires a new entrance at
the rear, parking side, of the buidling. The new entrance will consist of a 3 panel storefront entrance with a canopy to match existing, adjacent canopies along
the same facade.
Currently the rear bay facade is a blue stucco wall with white lap siding above, boarded by two tan stucco columnar bump outs. This condition is consistent
across the back of the buidling, except at the rear of Orvis, where there is an existing canopy and change of material. The proposed canopy is designed to match
all existing canopies within stonefield. Below the canopy, also similar to existing conditions, we are proposing a three panel storefront condition to serve as the
entrance to the office.
Other than the canopy and additional storefront, the materials will remain consistent with existing conditions by either salvaging materials during the demolition
process, or matching new materials and color to the existing material palette. Overall the proposed canopy condition to the office bay will remain consistent to
the architectural elements already utilized in the Stonefield shopping center while creating an entrance for the future space.
