This letter contains review comments for your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan.
Please provide revised drawings that demonstrate compliance with the reviewer comments.
This is the first (1st) Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all
required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

1. [32.5.2 (a)] On Sheet C-100, please provide a narrative of the changes proposed with this Letter of Revision.
2. [32.5.2 (a)] On Sheet C-100, please state the correct application number for the ZMA that recently revised the
original proffers. The proffers that apply to Brookhill are from ZMA201800011 which was approved by the Board
of Supervisors on July 17, 2019.
3. [32.5.2 (i)] Per discussions with the developer, staff is aware that the original names of Stella Lane and Archer
Avenue are going to be switched. Staff from E911 has stated that the LOR should be revised so that the street
names are shown in the desired locations.
4. [32.5.2 (n)] On Sheet C-301 Note #2, and the callout on Sheet C-401 for the amenity area, states that the proposed
amenity area is shown for reference only and improvements and grading within it will be provided by an architect
on a different plan. Any proposed improvements or new outdoor amenity areas will need to be reviewed and
approved through an amendment to the final site plan, likely through a LOR application. If possible, incorporate
this info on the next submittal. Otherwise, revise the note so that it states "proposed improvements in amenity area
will be reviewed and approved by Albemarle County through a future site plan amendment to be submitted by the
owner/developer."
5. Please add a date of last revision to the drawings.
6. [32.5.2 (k) and 32.6.2 (g)] The plan shows easements that are not labeled as existing or porposed. All existing
easements should be labeled with their type, width, and deed book and page number.
a. Proposed easements will need to be reviewed and approved through a separate easement plat application
that must be approved and recorded prior to LOR approval. Please verify whether new easements or
realignments to existing easements are proposed with this LOR.
b. If new easements are proposed, the LOR will need to be revised so that the easement type, width, and
recorded instrument is stated in the callouts on the LOR once the easement plat application is approved and
recorded.
