Hi Khris,
Attached is an updated rendering with the facade corrected to beige. I do not have a contact for the
cladding project. My contact at Philadelphia Sign did not either, and mentioned that the cladding
project was on hold.
Thanks,

Hi Beth,
Thank you for the clarification. We will need an elevation depiction that shows the current facade for
the sign approval. Also do you have a contact for whoever is doing the cladding project?
Thanks,
Khris Taggart

Hi Khris,
Thank you for your email! No changes are being made to the existing signs. We are simply adding
"UMANSKY" to the side facing Hilton Heights Rd. The Subaru logo is existing. I assume the background
is opaque, but no changes to this sign are proposed.
We are not making any changes to signage along Seminole Trail.
The fagade is currently beige. Evidently Umansky plans to face the fagade with aluminum composite
material at some point in the future. That scope of work will be applied for separately. We are not
involved with the cladding project.
Please don't hesitate to call or email with any additional questions.
Thanks!

Subject: Umansky Subaru Sign Review
Hi Beth,
I am the new Planner assisting Margaret with sign review and I have a few questions regarding the sign
for the Subaru dealership:
Looking at the submission it appears that the Umansky sign is the new portion, however it is unclear if
any is being done to the existing signs.
Also just want to confirm that the Subaru logo is going to have a non-illuminated/opaque background,
and it will have no light spillage from the sides or top/bottom
Also in the sign inventory the signs on the side of the building along Seminole Trail where included but
there was no depiction of them, is anything being done to these signs?
From what I can tell from street view on Google the fagade behind the signage appears to be beige, it
appears that aluminum paneling is being put over top. Is this correct?
Thanks,
Khris Taggart
