Borgie<JBorgie@deltaairport.com> Cc: Margaret Maliszewski<MMaliszewski@albemarle.org> Subject:SDP201800084 Parking Lot and Apron Expansion- Minor Amendment Mr.Borgie, RE: SDP201800084 Parking Lot and Apron Expansion-Minor Amendment As discussed over the phone the recently submitted plan set is not approvable as submitted.Please make the required revisions we discussed over the phone;either through a slip sheet scenario or a revised set.Below I offer the following required changes prior to approval: 1)Revise sheet E102-3 photometric label to"Phase 3"so it matches the phasing sheet C103-1 label for this phase. 2)Provide the other half of the photometric plan for the above ref parking lot,which was previously sheet E103-3 on the last set. 3)Revise sheet E501-3 to provide the correct cutsheets for lighting and all lighting information for all lighting fixture types(A,B,B 1, C,D).The last set provided the correct information. I'd like to backtrack on one comment we discussed over the phone,which was correcting sheet L101-4 phase label for the landscaping associated with the new pavilion.Last we spoke I suggested you remove and relocate this landscaping island to the plan that will propose the future pavilion or modify the phasing label.On second thought,this landscape island and the proposed landscaping may remain as depicted with a phase 3 label.Whenever the pavilion plan comes in if you want to modify that landscape island that will be the time for that to take place.
