Chris-
I just left you a voice mail, but wanted to follow up with an email.
The contractor is ready to working on Erosion and Sediment control measures on Tuesday following their E&S pre-
construction meeting with Community Development, for the Parking Lot Expansion project at the Charlottesville-
Albemarle Airport.
Do we have your permission to give them the ok to begin rior to the site plan approval? They were not aware that this
was not approved, and have materials being delivered, their crew, a d sub consultants lined up for next Tuesday and
Wednesday. Can you please let me know today if you have concern so that I can coordinate with them?
The Airport is quite anxious to get the project started so that it can be completed in October in time for their heavy
travel season, and would appreciate if these early E&S tasks can h Ip expedite the construction schedule.
Feel free to give me a call. / A
