Campell, Matthew is correct, the site plan needs to depict the changes. Please revise the site plan to show the latest layout. Based on your description of the changes the only reviewers who will need to review the revised plan set are Engineering and Planning, unless for some reason these changes effects other aspect of the plan that other reviewers are involved with, then I'd also transmit it to them for review. For example, if landscaping is being moved or modified with these changes then ARB will also need to review the revisions. If travelway layout is being modified, then Fire and Rescue will also need to review it. Please submit a minimum of 5 revised plan sets and provide a short write up of what is being modified from the previous version of the plan. Campbell, That looks good.Just turn the plans back in with that change. The site plan should also show those changes, but you'll have to check with Chris on how he wants to handle it. Have a good weekend! Matt From:Campbell Bolton<cbolton@daa.com> Sent: Wednesday,July 10, 2019 6:08 PM To: Matthew Wentland <mwentland@albemarle.org> Subject:CHO Parking Lot-Storm Pipe Rev. Hey Matt, I'm working with the contractor to make a minor change to the storm pipe as it enters the basin at the CHO Airport Parking Lot Project. I believe this has at least been mentioned to you previously, so not sure how much background you have. Basically, we've added a new structure to direct the line around an existing guy wire. There are no revisions to drainage areas, and the LOD line has been updated, but is within 50 sf of the previous submittal. Before finalizing everything, I wanted to provide the attached sketches for reference. If you generally agree there aren't any issues with this alignment, I'll go ahead and get the pipe calcs and full plans updated. i I'd also like your input on the best way to get these revisions approved without holding up the approval and permit. The contractor is anxious to get started, so I'd really like to avoid delaying that as much as possible. I'm not sure if that would be trying to submit something back to you ASAP, or if it would be better to hold off until after the permit is in hand and issue it as a field change type revision. I appreciate the assistance. I'll be out of the office on and off in meetings tomorrow, but please try my cell phone if you'd like to discuss. Thanks E. Campbell Bolton, P.E.
