At a quick glance, it seems like one review comment hasn't been addressed or clarified: 1.[14-302(A)(5)] Public easements: Sheet 1 indicates there is a 10' public drainage easement on each property line and is dedicated to public use. Please indicate if this easement has already been dedicated and provide documentation. I have routed the resubmittal to County Attorney Office and Building Inspections for their review. I will try to finalize Planning review shortly as well. I still haven't heard from ACSA yet.
