Per my review it appears all requested typographical changes have been made; however, the County Attorney's request to have the lender's signatures and the owner's signature gathered prior to the County Executive's signature has not been complied with. He provided additional required edits on the documents and provided instructions that all owners must sign and notarize the legal documents before the County Exec can sign them.
