Please see attached Deed of Gift and Easement drafted to address the remaining comments on this plat. Note 14 on the
plat re:the owner's association should be revised to reflect the Fontana Owner's Association, Inc. rather than the
Hyland Park Home Owner's Association. Please let me know if you need anything else before forwarding these

RE: SUB2018-157 Hyland Park—final plat
It's our office policy not to send documents to the County Attorney one at a time; rather,they prefer all legal documents
submitted for the same project at the same time for review. This saved on the back and forth and confusion to what is
being reviewed.
When do you anticipate the other docs being sent over? I'll hold onto the ones you sent me till those others are received.

Thank you for calling me back this morning. We appreciate the additional insight. With respect to the outstanding
comments, please find attached the deed of dedication for the public drainage easements,which addresses Comment
13, part 1, and the deed of dedication for the SWM facilities, SWM Forest and Open Space easements, which addresses
Engineering Comment 1. Both documents are on the County's forms.
We will follow up with additional documentation to satisfy Comment 13, part 2 (private drainage easements)—YES this
is needed too.

and Engineering Comment 2. - OK

RE: SUB2018-157 Hyland Park—final plat
Attached are County review comments. The platting comments are addressed; however, plat
approval is pending Engineering comments to be addressed w/nutrient credits and legal docs
approved. Also, the legal docs mentioned in my review still need to be
submitted/reviewed/approved.
The legal docs take time for the County Attorney to review and approve. Please submit asap to
begin the review/approval process.
