Below is the final remaining item,please submit signed notarized plats for County review/approval. Once a SWM Agreement for the underground detention system is recorded(ref.WPO201800049),Engineering will format a Deed of Dedication(template document)to accompany this plat.Engineering will use information from the fmal revised plat(date of last revision is critical)and recorded SWM Agreement,and will then send this Deed to the Applicant for notarized signature.Then,Applicant needs to return deed and plat to CDD,to either Christopher Perez or me(J. Anderson).We will route to Attorney and County Executive for signature,and notify Applicant when it is ready for pickup at CDD front desk, for recordation." (Rev. 1)Partially addressed. As follow-up: Inset scale 1"= 10' is slightly inaccurate, as is length of EC7. If EC7 length=0.60' it should appear longer in inset detail. Revise inset for accuracy.
