Subject: SUB2019-151 Pleasant Green- Boundary Line Adjustment
The Planner for the Planning Services Division of the Albemarle County Department Community
Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when the following items
have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been
identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based
on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle
County Code.]
1. [14-208.1] New lots B, C, and D lack frontage and cannot be approved as submitted.
Revise so that the parcels are revised from existing non -conforming TMP's without
creating lots that are more non -conforming.
2. [14-302(A)(16)] Show the limits of the dam break inundation zone.
3. [14-312] Show the location of the existing buildings on the land to be subdivided
within fifty (50) feet of a proposed lot line. It is unclear if any of the existing structures
are within 50 feet, please clarify and show if they are.
