(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14-208.1] New lots B, C, and D lack frontage and cannot be approved as submitted. Revise so that the parcels are revised from existing non -conforming TMP's without creating lots that are more non -conforming. 2. [14-302(A)(16)] Show the limits of the dam break inundation zone. 3. [14-312] Show the location of the existing buildings on the land to be subdivided within fifty (50) feet of a proposed lot line. It is unclear if any of the existing structures are within 50 feet, please clarify and show if they are.
