The following revisions are requested to make the proposal consistent with the Entrance Corridor Sign Guidelines. 10. Rev. 2 FNEW COMMENT] As discussed by email, the tag line small cabinet "pill box" will be allowed because of the distance to the EC, the size of the "pill box" and because of the precedent set by another sign in the Rio Hill Shopping Center. In adding the "pill box" back into the sign plan please address the following. Please note these comments are based upon what was included in the first submission. g. Rev. 3 [NEW COMMENT] The height and width of the font/text for the tag line portion of the sign has not vet been provided. Please add this text's dimensions to the sign plan sheet showing the other tagline details/dimensions. 11. Rev. 2 fNEW COMMENT] Ensure that the revision date for the sign plan is updated with each resubmission when changes have been made. Rev. 3: Comment should be addressed again with next submission. Rev. 2 [NEW COMMENTI The location diagram, provided in the first submission, that showed the location of the Skrimp Shack proposed sign location in Rio Hill Shopping Center, should be included in every submission. Please ensure you add it back into the sign plan. Rev. 3: Comment not vet addressed. Address this comment. 13. Rev. 3: fNEW COMMENT] Ensure that the sizes for the logo match on both the logo details sheet and the overall sign sheet. The sizes of the logo were updated on the overall sign plan sheet but has not vet been updated on the logo sign plan sheet. Please respond by email within 15 days of the date of this letter indicating whether you will or will not proceed with these revisions. Your decision to make the revisions will suspend the 60-day review period associated with your original submittal. If you choose to complete the revisions, please email the revised drawings to me. If you choose not to proceed with these revisions, staff will be unable to approve your application. Failure to respond to this letter shall be presumed to be a request to proceed to action on the application without further revisions. If you have any questions about this action, please contact me as soon as possible.
