An additional sanitary sewer service connection has been provided for the 2-story brick building. The proposed private Fireline has been relocated from the drive aisle between the existing retaining wall and 1-story building. This line shall be installed beneath the restaurant space to avoid impacting the integrity of the existing wall. • Sheet C5.2: The proposed stormline has been relocated from the drive aisle between the existing retaining wall and 1-story building. This line shall be installed beneath the restaurant space to avoid impacting the integrity of the existing wall. • Sheet C7.2: Stormwater profiles have been revised to reflect the relocation of the storm line between the existing retaining wall and 1-story building. • Sheet C7.4: The waterline profile has been revised to reflect the relocation of the private fireline from the drive aisle located between the existing retaining wall and 1-story building. + Extent of pavement has been revised and two risers have been removed to match the latest landscape plans. - • Modifications to the E&SC plan was not required as part of this revision • Stormwater pipe routing calculations have been revised as part of this L.O.R.
