The site is immediately north of the existing elevator, and the ramp will replace the existing stairs at the same location. The ramp will have a canopy cover, matching the elements of the existing terminal building curb-side drop-off area. The stairs located north and further south of the ramp also have proposed canopy systems that will be included in the bidding documents. The submittal package includes the following: • Application for Minor Site Plan Amendment dated January 23, 2017 with attached review fee of$538.00. • 8 copies of Project Plans with Site Plan SDP-2014-19 showing proposed changes is attached at end of plan set Review and approval of the project plans is hereby requested. The project is associated with ARB-2017-02. The project includes the design of a pedestrian access ramp, meeting ADA compliance, to lead from the Airport's long term parking lot to the commercial service terminal building. The site is immediately north of the existing elevator, and the ramp will replace the existing stairs at the same location.
