Previous plan did not show parking within the County limits_ -Construction of the parking area is not exempt from floodplain permitting requirements, regardless of the area disturbed [18- 30.3.12]. Previous plan did not show parking within the County limits. -Accessory structures are allowed by-right in the floodplain but shall a floodplain development permit is required for these structures [18-30.3.12]_Accessory structures shall not exceed 200 sf[18-30.3.5] unless a variance is approved [18-30.3.17].
