FYI. We need to figure out what to do with these. Some of them, I believe can be withdrawn as they are really
old. In the past what we have done with projects when people left is to have them in a centralized area and
then assign them as they come back in. Not sure if this is the same approach we want to take with these, or it
looks like most if not all of them could go away. I have added comments to this excel sheet from what I quickly
saw in CV. I did not go through the files, however. I don't know who has the capacity to take this project on.

Hi Kelsey,
Thanks for providing those details confirming the notification process. It sounds like all the meeting notification
requirements were completed properly, except for verifying the process with the County.
But we can accept this email message (below) as verification, if you provide us a copy of the letter that was sent to all
the property owners on that list. Please send that over electronically whenever you have the chance.
Thanks!

Hi Tim, •
I have attached the list provided to us by David that we used for our mailing to property owners. The letters
were mailed via certified mail on August 25 to notify property owners about the meeting on September
11. We had informed David of the meeting on September 11 in order to receive the property owner list but we
did not mail staff a copy of the letter. We have not yet provided the county with a letter of notification of
mailing but we can produce one immediately.
Thanks Tim.
Best,
Kelsey

> Subject: Neighborhood Meeting on
>Hello Rick,
, >
>Hope all is well. We are working on a very exciting urban farming project that is on the City/County line on
Nassau Street in the City. It involves a rezoning in the City to higher density residential/mixed use for a
greenhouse/etc and rezoning the county portion from light industrial to RA rural for use as_a farm/nursery.
There are no structures/units proposed on the County portion as its all floodplain. We have scheduled a
neighborhood meeting for the project to be held on this coming Monday, the 11th of September at the
monthly Belmont Community Association meeting. That meeting is over at the Elementary school on
Monticello Road.
>We picked this date and time because we thought that most, probably all, of the impacted citizens would be
City residents and they also require a neighborhood meeting for the City rezoning and SUP. I was headed out
Ion vacation when the mailings went out and my staff forgot to notify you and Pam about this meeting and
3
confirm your schedules. Are you able to attend on Monday? I'd have to defer to David on if that is required or
not, looking at the list of County residents who were notified I don't expect too many to show up. I have
attached a GIS map of the requested rezoning area.
>Please let me know your thoughts on this, Thanks!
