I'm writing just to note that I do not plan to attend the meeting on Monday; instead, David Benish will represent
Community Development to provide brief remarks about the County's permitting requirements and process, and to
listen and receive feedback from members of the public.
I'll remain the lead review coordinator on the ZMA application under review by the County, but I didn't want my non-
attendance to be a surprise.

Thank you Pam and Rick for being accommodating on this,
The meeting is at Clark Elementary, in the Library. I don't have a room#but its at the normal Belmont Community
Association meeting so I suspect they will have some signage up.
The meeting is at 7pm.

Are you able to attend on Monday? I'd have to defer to David on if that is required or not, looking at the list of County
residents who were notified I don't expect too many to show up. I have attached a GIS map of the requested rezoning
area.
