CAP—Pilaster Capital -As we worked thru the construction documents for this custom store we refined this selection. Due to the construction of the pilasters, we can make it look like pre-cast but it would not be; advisable to use actual pre-cast due to the weight and attachment concerns. We will list the Dryvit cap color as STN 6—Grey(and put the exact color match in parenthesis). It will match STN4,the wafertable sill,which will be grey per below. 2. PAR—Parapet Coping-ATAS White-OK 3. STN 4—Pre-cast Watertable Sill -The grey color available from the mfr. is actually called "Steel"., We will put the mfr's color name in parenthesis ie color: Grey(Steel): 4. STN 5—Pre-cast Stone Base—Eggshell—OK. 5. STOR—Storefront color White-Ok If you have questions, please let me know. I'm sorry for the delay in getting these comments to you. The Wawa at Proffit Road is a few steps ahead of the Pantops location in terms of approvals. My review of the building permit drawings for the Proffit Road site revealed some inconsistencies between the approved architectural line drawing elevations and the elevations submitted with the building permit application. I asked the ARB to confirm which materials/colors were approvable and have asked for some material/color changes in the Proffit Road permit drawings for consistency with the ARB's approvals. I have noticed that the Pantops elevations submitted with the current round of site plan review have some of the same materials/colors identified as those that needed revision in the Proffit Road drawings.The elevations should show the following materials/colors for the identified symbols: Symbol Material/Color CAP STN 6- precast grey PAR ATAS white STN 4 Grey STN 5 Eggshell STOR White I'll need revised drawings showing these changes.At this time, I have no further site plan comments.
