Indicate the glass type(s) on the architectural elevation sheets. Response: Type(s) of glass is provided on the architectural "Exterior Elevation" Sheet dated 6/20/19 under the Exterior finish schedule table provided. 2. Provide black and white line drawing architectural elevations with materials and colors called out. Response: Black and white line drawing architectural elevations are provided with materials and colors called out in the finish table. 3. Provide the 2 easternmost trees on the RI. 250 frontage at a planting height that matches the height of the installed vent stacks. Response: The proposed trees in this location are 3.5" caliper trees and will be 12-feet in height at time of planting, refer to the Plant Schedule on sheet CP-101. 4. Provide additional shrubs to fully screen the base of the vent stack equipment. Provide shrub placement that is integrated with the overall planting plan. Response: Additional shrubs have been added in front of the vent stack all the way to the retaining wall, refer to sheet CP-101 5. Provide the mechanical equipment note on the architectural drawings. Response: Note for mechanical equipment is provided on the architectural "Exterior Elevation" Sheet dated 6/20/19 6. Revise the lighting plan to show pole lights and fixtures with a dark bronze finish. Response: The lighting plans are updated to show the pole lights and fixtures with a dark bronze finish, labeled as "BZ" on the description in the table. See Sheets CL-101 through CL-502. 7. Add an ornamental tree along the Route 250 frontage in the vicinity of the monument sign. Response: The monument sign was shifted slightly and an additional ornamental tree (eastern redbud) has been added near the monument sign, refer to sheet CP-101. 8. Add a tree at the southeast corner of the site at the south end of the retaining walls. Response: An additional tree has been added, refer to sheet CP-101. 9. Provide a double row of shrubs along the EC frontage and a continuous row along the 5 parking spaces located between Pantops Corner way and the fuel pump canopy. Response: A double row of shrubs has been added, refer to sheet CP-101. 10. Consider replacing the non-native tree and shrub species with natives. Response: Acknowledged, Planting Schedule has been revised, refer to sheet CP-101. 11. Specify a variety of Cotoneaster salicifolius whose size is appropriate for the retaining wall location. Response: These plants will be provided by others per the Pantops Corner Development. These plants are shown as shaded on the Wawa Planset. • 12. Adjust the spacing of shrubs along streets and parking areas based on the anticipated mature size. Response: Acknowledged, plant symbols have been revised, refer to sheet CP-101. 13. Consider replacing the non-native tree and shrub species with natives. Response: Acknowledged, Planting Schedule has been revised, refer to sheet CP-101. 14. Delete the words "and replaced when necessary" from General Landscaping Note 2 on sheet CP-101. Response: Phrase has been removed, refer to sheet CP-101. 15. Show the retaining walls and landscaping associated with those walls on the Pantops Corner Plan. Include top-of-wall and bottom-of-wall elevations. (Notes on the Wawa plan clarifying that the walls and landscaping are to be constructed/installed with the Pantops Corner development would be helpful.) Intensify landscaping at non-terraced walls over 6' in height. Response: Note provided on Sheet CS-101 Note #14. Note also provided on Sheet CG- 101. Top of wall and bottom of wall elevations provided on Sheet CG-101. 16. Revise the site plan lighting sheets to show the canopy slope adapter and canopy section to clarify the installation of the canopy fixtures and to confirm that the canopy fixtures are mounted horizontally and flush with the adapter housing. Response: The canopy adapter and canopy section detail is provided on Sheet CL-502. 17. Move the ice storage to the north side of the building. Response: The ice storage has been moved to the north side of the building. See architectural elevations and rendering.
