I hope it is clear that we sincerely appreciate all of your patience and professionalism. To answer Ellie's questions below: 1. The ZMA and SP are tentatively scheduled for the June 13th BOS meeting. 2. This afternoon I confirmed the format for an acceptable proffer statement with the County Attorney's office. I am providing two recent examples and have also attached a Word template to edit: a. Proffer#1 from ZMA201600020(Barnes Lumber) (see attachment) b. Proffer#2 from ZMA201600009 (Wood Von Storch) (see link) In cases like this one,the applicants typically submit an'unsigned version of the proffer statement for legal review.Then, once all the final edits are made,the statement is ready to be signed and submitted to the our office. Ideally,we have the signed proffer statement before the legal ad is sent to the Daily Progress. For a 6/13 Board date,we will need to send a revised legal ad to the Daily Progress by 5/21. Does the following schedule sound good to you? • Submit draft proffer statement by 5/2 • Receive feedback by 5/11 • Makes changes(if needed),sign copy, and submit to CDD by 5/16 I will be out of the office 5/14-5/18,so I expect that Elaine will be assisting you on that last step and from that point forward. As we've said all along,this was not a do or die issue for us, so we're satisfied with the outcome. We're hopeful that the dual zoning won't be an issue in the future, but suppose only time will tell. As was discussed last night,we plan to provide a proffer limiting the uses as recommended in the staff report and hope to move forward to the Board as soon as possible. Couple of questions: 1. What is the earliest date we can be scheduled for the BOS hearing? 2. Can you send an example proffer for limiting uses as suggested that we can use as a template?
