It is my understanding from the CCO, Ashlee Henshaw, at the time of her last inspection, the property was in compliance. Since that is the case,
will you be withdrawing the appeal? If so, please do so in writing, an email will work.

Ms. Green:
I write to you on behalf of Southern Property Management and Maintenance, LLC, the owner of 3756 Richmond Road concerning its appeal of
Violation 2019-84.
I hereby request a one month deferral of the County's processing of the appeal
It is my understanding that the property's condition has not fully satisfied the County of Albemarle because, as you indicated, some spools and
boxes and construction -related odds and ends remain on the property. I am copying our tenant's operations manager, Anthony D'Arensbourg to
advise him of your concern, and am asking him to cause the property to be cleaned up and restored to its prior condition, and to email both you
and I when the property is ready for another inspection. I am confident that will be in less than one month from today.
Please acknowledge receipt of this request for deferral, and if I have omitted anything you may require, please let me know.

I filed the attached violation appeal notice on behalf of Southern Property Management and Maintenance, LLC, and am belatedly responding to
your call from last week and your inquiry about the status of this violation which is at the old Moose Lodge property at 3756 Richmond Road in
Keswick.
Our tenant advises us that the only remaining issue it is having with that property is a storage container that it is waiting on the supplier to pick
up. The Superintendent of the container company told them that they are still about two weeks out from picking it up. However, most of the
equipment has been demobilized from the site over the last few weeks and the remaining vehicles will be moved off site by Thursday.
I'm sorry it took so many days to get you this information. Please call with any questions.
