These plans include construction of an approximately 9,200 sq.ft. cat facility and veterinary clinic addition,and other existing shelter additions such as a salliport, intake addition and new entrance totaling+/-3,225 sq.ft.The project includes renovation of the existing facility: dog kennels,vet clinic, reception and front desk area, etc.The project will also consist of construction of additional parking and a stormwater facility.The legal ads for these applications are included on the second page of this letter. Interested parties may send an email request to eray@milestonepartners.co to get additional information prior to the meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for residents to receive information and ask questions about the proposed project, County review procedures,and relevant regulations and policies of the County applicable to the proposed project. The applicant and County Staff will be available at the meeting to answer questions about the project and the review process. The meeting will start (doors will open)at 6:00 PM. This is the regularly scheduled Places29-Rio Community Advisory Committee meeting,and this project will be reviewed at the beginning of the agenda.
