If an upsize is required there would be additional connection fees. From the CCP it looks like they are proposing work on 2 separate parcels.Separate water meters will be required for building on separate parcels. DEQ may require confirmation that the private pump station is adequately sized. Maintenance agreements will be required of buildings on separate parcels tie into the same private pump station. Did you have any comments on their CCP application? We have been approached by the SPCA several times over the past few years with small variations to their proposals, but maybe the ACSA comments are pretty fixed? Below are comments from earlier this year. An ACSA rep at a 2015 pre-app (maybe Michael?) mentioned that DEQ may want to know that the grinder pump is still adequately sized for any anticipated additional volume. Thanks, J.T. I have asked that all pre-apps be sent each week so I can review them and see if we have comments. I was able to get Elaine to send me todays list. This pre-app is the only one that I.have comments for. I will not be at the meeting due to schedule constraints, but wanted to pass along this information. The ACSA would need to review the expansion plans to ensure there is no conflict with existing ACSA infrastructure on site. • The ACSA would need to review existing plumbing fixtures as well as proposed additional fixtures associated with an expansion and renovation. This review would be=,to verify that the existing 2" water meter will suffice after the renovation and expansion.Any:upsize to the water meter would require connection fees that would need to be paid before a building permit would be approved by the ACSA.There is a good chance that the 2" meter will be fine, but we need to verify. Let me know if you have any questions. Alexander J. Morrison,P.E.
