As there is still work to do on the biofilters, make sure this as -built shows how the built biofilter differs from the design —
including depth, footprint, plants, etc.

Jeremy,
Yes, we will be looking for a SWM reduction. I believe you already the information for the pipes, you just need
an update for the bio-filters showing the mix depth/footprint is appropriate?
On the bio-filters, i noticed some of the plants had died. Can we still get a reduction and then apply for full
release of the SWM bond once the plants have been replaced?
Thanks,

I received a bond inspection request for Riverside yesterday, however I do not have as -built drawings.
The E&S bond has already been reduced to 20%, so this must be for the SW bond.
In order to receive a reduction for SW facilities (per Water Protection Ordinance 17-422), the as -built
drawings need to include:
J 1. Signed and dated professional seal of the preparing engineer or surveyor.
2. Updated location of all facilities, noting alteration from original design.
3. Material layers and depth.
4. Certification that as -built condition is equivalent or better than design.
5. Plants, location, and type.
6. Plans and profiles for all culverts, pipes, and drainage structures.
7. Note and compare alteration from original design.
Also for down the line (in fall), I would recommend aerating, fertilizing and/or composting, and over -
seeding all grassed areas in order to get complete coverage. There is decent coverage, but the growth is
