Scott,
Thank for providing VOF the opportunity to review the proposed BLA that has been submitted by Mr. Grennan to
Albemarle County. Both of the tax parcels that are proposed to be joined by the BLA are held under the same VOF Deed
of Easement so there is no issue with the proposed BLA as presented. The terms of the DOE actually do not allow for a
subdivision so joining the tax map parcels make this stipulation easier to steward in the future with the change.
Let me know if you have any further questions for me.
Side note: Martha Morris has moved over to our Staunton office which focuses on VOF lands on the other side of the
mountain. If you could remove Martha from the notification emails and add Tyler McGilvery (tmcgilvery@vofonline.org)
whenever it is convenient it would be appreciated.
Regards,
Justin

Justin and Martha —
One of our planners, Christopher Perez (copied on this e-mail), is reviewing a BLA plat that would combine parcels 81-3A
and 80-193. From my records, it appears that both of these parcels are under the same VOF easement (ALB-VOF-628).
Does VOF have any objection to these parcels being combined?
Thanks!

Scott Clark,
SUB2019-163 Grennan — BLA
The two parcels associated with the BLA noted above are under conservation easement. Can the applicant combine them
with a boundary line vacation plat?
