[14-302(A)(9)] Building site. Include the require building site note: "Tax Map 61W-03-D2 Parcels 68 through 74 and the residue of Tax Map 61W-03-D2 Parcel A each contain a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." 2. [14-302(B)(5)] Zoning. Include a note that the following zoning overlay districts apply to these parcels: Entrance Corridor and Airport Impact Area. 3. [14-303] Dimensions. Revise the following tabulations in Area Summary and on Sheet 2: a. Lot 69 should be 946 sq. ft. b. Area D is listed as 55 sq. ft. under Lot 71 and 53 sq. ft. under Lot 72. c. Assuming Area D is 53 sq. ft., the tabulation under Lot 71 should be revised (appears C and D were switched). d. Lot 74 is calculated correctly on Sheet 1 as 1325 sq. ft. and incorrectly as 1320 sq. ft. on Sheet 2. 4. [Comment] Remove Sheet 3 from this application, as it is not needed.
