[14-302(A)(7)] Building sites on proposed lots. Show the 30,000sgft building site rectangle within each of the reconfigured parcels and provide the building site note required per this section. One building site per parcel is required. The existing improvements do not need to be within the building site rectangle. "Parcels 10A, 10A1, 10A2, 1 OF, and the residue of TMP 14- 10 each contain a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." 2. [14-302(A)(10)] Right of further division of proposed lots. Remove the DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS TABLE and provide the following revised development rights notes. Development Right (DR) allocation TMP 14-10 is assigned two (2) development rights and may be further divided. One (1) DR is from the original Parcel 10 North of Walnut Level Road, and one (1) DR is from a 2.60-acre parcel of record. TMP 14-10A is assigned two (2) development rights and may be further divided. Both DRs are from the original parcel of record North of Walnut Level Road. TMP 14-10A1 is assigned two (2) development rights and may be further divided. One (1) DR is from the original parcel of record North of Walnut Level Road, and one (1) DR is from an approximately 1.00-acre parcel of record. TMP 14-10A2 is assigned two (2) development rights and may be further divided. One (1) DR is from the original parcel of record North of Walnut Level Road, and one (1) DR is from a 2.86-acre parcel of record. TMP 14-1 OF is assigned zero (0) development right and may not be further divided into lots less than 21 acres. 3. The front setback noted should be 25.'
