HomeMy WebLinkAboutSDP201800066 Correspondence 2019-06-25 Christopher Perez From: Christopher Perez Sent: Tuesday,June 25, 2019 6:49 PM To: David Benish Subject: Longhorn - SE David, After the PC meeting I went back and checked my Longhorn Steakhouse emails.Turns out last Thursday, June 20th the applicant was still requesting clarification as to what the condition meant with regard to what happens if VDOT doesn't approve the northernmost shared use path's connection to the Rte. 29 sidewalk.Additionally,on Thursday I went back and added a condition of street trees to the shared use path because of the applicant's questions.I then sent the final conditions to the County Attorney for review.The County Attorney's office provided modified conditions today. Either way,I think it's best we went to the PC and discussed it to ensure the applicant was agreeable to the conditions and discuss VDOT's comments and the applicant receiving the correct authorization to make the SE request. Do you want me to contact Claudette and get this item on consent agenda for the July 17th BOS meeting? It'll make your presenting of this item to the BOS that much easier.
