connections and authorization. Did the attorney review all of those?

As part of the resubmittal the County Attorney reviewed your SE application to ensure we have
the needed signatures. It appears we do not have the appropriate signatures on the SE application
and need additional documentation. I'll continue my review on the proposal but need the
additional information before the BOS takes an action,that is unless the County Attorney and
Zoning Administrator agree to permit the additional documentation to be a condition of approval.
I offer the County Attorney's review below:
The attached documents don't show if/how the property owner has authorized
Washington Prime Group to apply on its behalf. We'd need additional documentation showing
either:
i
a. that Washington Pnme Group has been duly-authorized by C v associates, who County
records show to be the owner; or
b. that Charlottesville Fashion Square, LLC (i) is the actual property owner and (ii)has
duly-authorized Washington Prime Group to apply on its behalf.
Please email me the additional documents being requested as soon as possible. Thanks
