Plat review comment addressed. Please work with Walter, as he may wish to visit your Rio office to pick up two (2) 11
14" LS-signed copies of this easement plat. PMD will coordinate with Bo Zhu, Grantor, to acquire notarized Owner
signature on both deed and plat/s. Thank you.
Walter, please work with Joe to arrange time for pick-up, or (plat) delivery to PMD. You may want to wait until you
receive deed (.docx) that accompanies plat. Engineering will format a Deed of Dedication between Bo Zhu (Grantor) and
Albemarle County (Grantee). Once formatted, Engineering will send draft of deed to PMD/Water Resources/CAO for
review prior to FES requesting notarized signatures on the deed. I have a meeting at loam, but should be able to tend to
this today. Thanks for your help and patience.

Once plat is revised per Planning -Engineering review comments, Engineering will format a Deed of Dedication (of
Easement) between Bo Zhu (Grantor) and Albemarle County (Grantee).
Template deed was prepared by the CAO. Once formatted, Engineering will send a draft of deed to PMD/Water
Resources/CAO for review, prior to FES requesting notarized signatures.

2. [14-302(A)(5)] Public easements. Defer to Engineering that there is sufficient information and access for the proposed

3. [14-3O2(B)(5)] Zoning classification. Include 'Airport Impact Area' under the Zoning information for the parcel.
4. [14-431] Easements for stormwater management. Defer to Engineering that there is sufficient access and dimensions
