Engineering consensus is Albemarle signs a plat only if LS-seal is signed /dated (believe this position is supported by state
code; also, consistent with site plan, WPO plan, and other approval processes), but we are continuing to check. We

immediately record to save transfer time. Can we do that with this plat — we would deliver the original to you for county

With a better understanding of things, it is now apparent the revised plat meets our needs. Since plat date will not change,
deed (now with county attorney's office) should be accurate —we anticipate it will be. Tori intends to update Planning
review in CV to `No objection.' This means we are ready for plat with LS-seal signature, LS-seal date, and all original
notarized signatures. Please submit original signed plat with transmittal stating `Not for review, for signature approval' to
either Tori's or my attention, to CDD front desk at your convenience. We will move as quickly as we can, knowing WPO
bond release is dependent on plat recordation. Regret the misunderstand, thanks for your patience.

Tori and I were out 30-Aug thru 16-Sep. Any delay with review is my fault. I have copies (not originals) of signed
easement plat d. 8/13/19 (LS seal, also not signed). After speaking with Frank earlier today, it is my understanding that a
deed was routed to the county attorney's office for review. We will coordinate any recommended changes to Deed with
Applicant. Engineering review comment item 3, below, references Planning comments. See attached Planning comments
(email / 8/6/2019 4:30 PVI). It appears Planning comment 3 is partially addressed. It appears Note 9 may need to be
revised to include `and maintained' by the HOA. Comment 2 appears addressed. Continent 1 may be problematic in that
plat sheet 2 shows TMP 61-1-126G, while county GIS-real estate records do not show this parcel. Ref. image,
below. This is confusing since parcels on easement plats typically match real estate records, unless there is a
subdivision. Please check image against plat. We defer to Tori on all Planning review comments. Once Planning Div.
comments are addressed, please send .PDF of revised plat to me (and Tori, as well, if invited).

Brining Tori into the loop as well. Several surveyors we work with will not sign the seal until the County has signed,
basically once they sign the seal the Courthouse will generally accept it. They view that is a QC to make sure that plats
that aren't ready for signature don't get recorded accidentally. (This has happened in the past).

easement plat d. 8/13/19 (LS seal, also not signed). After speaking with Frank earlier today, it is my understanding that :i
deed was routed to the county attorney's office for review. We will coordinate any recommended changes to Deed with
Applicant. Engineering review comment item 3, below, references Planning comments. See attached Planning comments
(email / 8,16/2019 4:30 P'-VI). It appears Planning comment 3 is partially addressed. It appears Note 9 may need to be
revised to include `and maintained' by the HOA. Comment 2 appears addressed. Comment 1 may be problematic in that
plat sheet 2 shows TMP 61-1-126G, while county GIS-real estate records do not show this parcel. Ref image,
below. This is confusing since parcels on easement plats typically match real estate records, unless there is a
subdivision. Please check image against plat. We defer to Tori on all Planning review comments. Once Planning Div.
