I noticed that too. I think the scanned copy of the plat is just not on the records site yet. I know some
time it takes several days to get scan copies of the larger sheets on the website. I am positive it was
recorded with it though. I can check back in a day or two and see if it's on there.

Thank you both for your quick response. I have attached a PDF of the revised plat along with a
comment response letter. Shimp Engineering is submitting a revised VSMP also that reflects the same
area shown on the plat. I'm running a check down this afternoon for the balance of the fee.
I also forwarded the revised deed to the owner. Just to confirm, only the first sheet changed,
correct? There was only one sheet on the latest copy. If other sheets changed also, just let me know.

It will be the Easement Plat with Deed fee ($817), since it requires a deed. You can submit a payment for
the difference, just make sure to put a note on it so the front desk knows what it's for. I also have a
revised copy of the Deed for you to send the applicant, the template was updated right after I filled out
the previous one!
I would be fine reviewing a pdf to save time.

Thanks for the turn around on review. I know they're pretty anxious to get rolling out there. Quick
question on Planning comment 1; 1 assumed it was the Easement plat required with a site plan, $215
fee since it is required for the VSMP plan. Could you please confirm the fee amount required so I can
get a check cut if needed? I will try to get the other comments addressed quickly and back to
you. Since they seem fairly minor, would you be fine with just a PDF? Let me know.

It will be the Easement Plat with Deed fee ($817), since it requires a deed. You can submit a payment for
the difference, just make sure to put a note on it so the front desk knows what it's for. I also have a
revised copy of the Deed for you to send the applicant, the template was updated right after I filled out
the previous one!
I would be fine reviewing a pdf to save time.

question on Planning comment 1; 1 assumed it was the Easement plat required with a site plan, $215
fee since it is required for the VSMP plan. Could you please confirm the fee amount required so I can
get a check cut if needed? I will try to get the other comments addressed quickly and back to
you. Since they seem fairly minor, would you be fine with just a PDF? Let me know.

I noticed that too. I think the scanned copy of the plat is just not on the records site yet. I know some

comment response letter. Shimp Engineering is submitting a revised VSMP also that reflects the same
area shown on the plat. I'm running a check down this afternoon for the balance of the fee.

correct? There was only one sheet on the latest copy. If other sheets changed also, just let me know.

comment response letter. Shimp Engineering is submitting a revised VSMP also that reflects the same
area shown on the plat. I'm running a check down this afternoon for the balance of the fee.
I also forwarded the revised deed to the owner. Just to confirm, only the first sheet changed,
correct? There was only one sheet on the latest copy. If other sheets changed also, just let me know.

It will be the Easement Plat with Deed fee ($817), since it requires a deed. You can submit a payment for
the difference, just make sure to put a note on it so the front desk knows what it's for. I also have a
revised copy of the Deed for you to send the applicant, the template was updated right after I filled out
the previous one!

question on Planning comment 1; 1 assumed it was the Easement plat required with a site plan, $215
fee since it is required for the VSMP plan. Could you please confirm the fee amount required so I can
get a check cut if needed? I will try to get the other comments addressed quickly and back to
you. Since they seem fairly minor, would you be fine with just a PDF? Let me know.

time it takes several days to get scan copies of the larger sheets on the website. I am positive it was

comment response letter. Shimp Engineering is submitting a revised VSMP also that reflects the same
area shown on the plat. I'm running a check down this afternoon for the balance of the fee.

It will be the Easement Plat with Deed fee ($817), since it requires a deed. You can submit a payment for
the difference, just make sure to put a note on it so the front desk knows what it's for. I also have a
revised copy of the Deed for you to send the applicant, the template was updated right after I filled out
the previous one!
I would be fine reviewing a pdf to save time.

Thanks for the turn around on review. I know they're pretty anxious to get rolling out there. Quick
question on Planning comment 1; 1 assumed it was the Easement plat required with a site plan, $215
fee since it is required for the VSMP plan. Could you please confirm the fee amount required so I can
