The Community Development Department (CIDID) now accepts the digital submission of development applications
through a newweb based form. This feature is being implemented iIn all effort to provide a user -friend ly rnethod to
submit and resubmit Subdivision (SUB), Site Development Plan (SIDIPI), Water Protection Ordinance (WPC)} development

To guide you through the digital submission process, we Ihave provided Submittal Instructions on Ihowto use this
Submission Form and sorne General Submission Guidelines. Please review both of these docurnents before rnalking your
submission.
