Current Zoning Rural Areas Tax Map 17, Parcel 26B was rezoned to Rural Areas (RA) on November 28, 1990 as part of the Buck Mountain Planned Unit Development Comprehensive Rezoning (ZMA-90-23). It's my opinion the rezoning establish Five (5) Developments Rights per the existing RA Zone. Original Legal Description The legal description for Tax Map 17, Parcel 26B was created by deed of bargin and sale dated July 22, 1985 found recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle County, Virginia in Deed Book 848, Page 127; furthermore described as Tract Two, Buck Mountain Planned Community containing 26.89 acres as shown on plat recorded in Deed book 848, Page 129, being a portion of Tax Map 17, Parcel 26. Current Owner The current owners of Tract Two ( Tax Map 17, Parcel 26B) are Jan Malasek and Jessica Malasek, and was conveyed by deed of bargin and sale dated May 27, 2017 found recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle County, Virginia in Deed Book 4496, Page 304. Parcel Transfer History The parcel has not changed in description or area since July 22, 1985. March 7, 1995 recorded in Deed Book 1458, Page 736. March 19, 1986 recorded in Deed Book 874, Page 3.
