THIS BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT DEED, made this 1 st day of February, 2006,
by and between, TRIBAL PROPERTIES, LLC , a Virginia limited liability company, Grantor,
and, HM ACQUISITION GROUP LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, Grantee, whose
address is: 210 5"' Street, Charlottesville, Virginia, 22902.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the parties hereto agree to adjust the boundary lines as more particularly
described herein and as shown and described on the plat showing boundary adjustment by
Rivanna Engineering & Surveying, PLC, dated March 17, 2006, and recorded in the Clerk's
Office of the Court of Albemarle County, Virginia, attached hereto and recorded herewith;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises, TRIBAL PROPERTIES,
LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, Grantor, does hereby GRANT and CONVEY with
GENERAL WARRANTY and ENGLISH COVENANTS OF TITLE unto HM ACQUISITION
GROUP, LLC, Parcel W, as shown on said plat, containing .37 acres, which Parcel W is being
added to and becoming a part of TMP 03200-00-00-05000, as shown on said plat; and being a
portion of the property conveyed to TRIBAL PROPERTIES, LLC a Virginia limited liability
company, by deed of Birckhead, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company dated January 21,
2005, recorded February 28, 2005 in the Clerk's Office of Albemarle County, Virginia in Deed
Book 2916, Page 661.

This conveyance is made expressly subject to easements, restrictions, conditions, and
reservations contained in duly recorded deeds, plats, and other instruments constituting
constructive notice in the chain of title to the property hereby conveyed, which have not expired
by limitation of time contained therein or have not otherwise become ineffective.
