Attached hereto is a plat of Dominion Development Resources, LLC, dated January 23, 2006,
last revised June 5, 2006, captioned "Plat Showing Subdivision Of Tax Map 32 Parcel 41D
Hollymead Towncenter Area C, Rivanna District Albemarle County, Virginia" (the "Plat")
Charles Wm. Hurt and Shirley L. Fisher, as Trustees for the Post Office Land Trust, are the
owners of the real property situated in the County of Albemarle, Virginia, shown and described on
the Plat, except for that portion designated as "Area E" containing 0.43 acres as reflected on the Plat,
and hereby certify and consent to the recordation of the attached Plat and hereby dedicate to public
use all its right, title and interest in and to (i) that area designated on the Plat as "Timberwood Blvd
Variable Width Public R/W" and (ii) that area designated on the Plat as "Meeting Street Variable
Width Public R/W".
First Community Bank, N.A., as the lienholder under that certain Credit Line Deed of Trust
dated February 9, 2005, recorded in Deed Book 2918, Page 266 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit
Court of Albemarle County, Virginia, and C. Williams Davis, as Trustee under said Deed of trust,
join herein to evidence their consent to the recordation of the Plat and the matters set forth therein
and the above referenced dedication to public use of the portions of Timberwood Boulevard and
