The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use Section, has reviewed the above referenced plan as submitted by Edwards designStudio, revised 19 September 2019, and offer the following comment: Hartsfield Court is labeled 30 ft., public right of way and it scales to be 60 ft., which is correct? Heathrow Glen Circle is labeled 63 ft., of public right of way and it scales to be 60 ft.? 2. Has the 3 locking bollards at the emergency access been placed outside of the right of way on Route 606? If further information is desired please contact Willis Bedsaul at (434) 422-9866. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way.
