Dustin indicated a preference for revising those two applications (both SUB201800042 and SDP201700042), as described above, and sending me electronic excerpts via PDF for an informal review-- prior to printing revised materials or printing signature copies. I am able to do that; although I will still finalize and send a review comment letter for the final site plan tomorrow(even if there are revisions forthcoming and/or pending review comments from other reviewers), as tomorrow is the County's internal deadline for me to do so. i Please also note that ACSA review and CDD-Engineering review are both still pending on both of those applications. The other application related to this project that I am currently reviewing is SUB201800043 (off-site landscaping easement). Because all of the reviews have been completed for this application, I have attached the review comment letter for your reference. We are identifying one minor revision to be made, as discussed this morning. Thank you; and please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have, now or later. Hello Mr. Meyers and Ms. Velasquez, I'm writing to ask a few questions about the following two applications for the Springhill/Towneplace Suites project that are currently under review by the County: • SDP201700042—Final Site Plan • SUB201800042— Easement Plat , The Final Site Plan shows a"Proposed 24' Interparcel Access Easement"on Sheet SP6 (to satisfy the interparcel requirement contained in condition of approval#1 for SP201600015). Prior to final site plan approval, this interparcel access easement needs to be recorded on a plat. So prior to issuing any review comments for either application, I wanted to reach out with the following questions: • Would you like to revise the easement plat(SUB201800042) to include this proposed 24' interparcel access easement? (or) ■ Would you like me to proceed with reviewing and approving SUB201800042 as-is (without the proposed 24' interparcel access easement), and submit a separate easement plat for the proposed 24' interparcel access easement? I wanted to check in with you about this Final Site Plan requirement prior to preparing any review comments, and offer two possible solutions for your consideration. Thanks in advance for any feedback you provide on how you'd like to proceed. And please let me know if I can answer any questions, or if you'd like to discuss this prior to providing any feedback. Thanks very much--- Tim Padalino, AICP 2
