[14-302(A)5] Identify who the proposed stormwater management easement is being dedicated to. If it is to the County, there should be a notation indicating that it is being "dedicated to the County for public use." 2. [14-302(B)1] Provide the date(s) of last revision for all subsequent submissions of the plat. 3. [14-302(B)5] The zoning note also needs to state that this property lies within the "Steep Slopes — Managed" overlay district. 4. [14-303(A)] The statement of consent to division in the owner's approval signature area has an incorrect description of the land being platted and dedicated. Revise the description to accurately identify what is being platted and dedicated with this plat. 5. [14-303(L)] Ensure the proposed stormwater management easement does not interfere with the existing utility easement where they partially overlap in the southeastern corner of the proposed easement. In addition, identify whether the utility easement is private or public. If the easement is held by ACSA, identify that agency as the owner.
