GENERAL NOTES
1. All construction shall conform to County of Albemarle and Virginia
Department of Transportation Standards and Specifications.
2. All finished grading, seeding, sodding or paving shall be, done in such /Z0I
manner to preclude the ponding of water on the site, particularly adjacent

5. Compact subgrade to 95% of theoretical maxiii-_im density per ASTM D-698
(AASHTO T-99) at the optimum moisture content, within plus or minus 3%
points of optimum.
