Good afternoon Tim,
Thanks for your comments and the contact info for road names.
The comments dated August 2, 2019 are addressed as follows:
Planning:
1. Critical Slopes are not an Overlay District.The Overlay District is for Steep Slopes, Managed or Preserved.
2. Not required. Please talk to Frank Pohl and see attached email chain.
3. Yes. It was already subject to Section 14-404 with the approval of the subdivision plat, dated February 14,
2018, recorded in D.B. 5059-404&405.
4. See detail on Sheet 2. The portion of the private street serving the three lots is a 20'wide paved street.
5. According to attorney, Forbes Reback,the existing private street maintenance agreement includes wording
for an additional lot (last sentence of paragraph 5).
6. Ok.
The attached plat has been revised to reflect the approved road name of Markwood Farm Lane. A revised
date has been added to the plat.
Engineering:
1.The attached plat has been revised to reflect the approved road name of Markwood Farm Lane.
2. The private street easement is shared by Parcel G, Parcel G1 and Proposed Parcel G2. Current ownerships
for these parcels are shown on the plat.
3. See note J. under the land use notes. SWM facilities are not required. The road is existing. No construction
is required.
4. Acreages for the parcels are shown on the plat.
5. The easements are clearly shown on the plat.
Please review the revised plat and let us know if it is ready for owners notarized signatures and county
signature.
