THE PURPOSE OF THIS LETTER OF REVISION IS TO MAKE MINOR CHANGES TO THE APPROVED
FINAL SITE PLAN FOR BLOCK 3C WHICH IS A PART OF FINAL SITE PLAN FOR BLOCK 1, PHASE B
& BLOCK 3 PHASE C (SDP-201300044).
A MIXED —USE BUILDING IS PROPOSED ON PARCELS 55E-1-3C—A & 55E-1—E.
THE APPROVED FINAL SITE PLAN SHOWED A 15,500 SF 4—STORY BUILDING LOCATED IN THE
NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF THE INTERSECTION OF OLD TRAIL DRIVE AND ASHLAR AVENUE. THIS
LETTER OF REVISION IS TO MODIFY THE FOOTPRINT AND AREA OF THAT BUILDING. THE NEW
BUILDING WILL BE 25,960 SF TOTAL WITH 1,727 SF RETAIL AND 2,023 SF OFFICE SF, ALONG
